Rich Construction Emergency Board Up Inc.

We are looking for open-minded and motivated people who perform competently in emergency situations. Ideal applicants would have a year or more of carpentry experience, as well as hand tools. Having a positive attitude and dedication to excellence goes a long way. Effective oral and written communication skills are very necessary.

Essential Job Duties:
• Reads blueprints, specifications, and work orders to assess work required and determine installation and repair methods to use.
• Prepares work activity reports.
• Performs carpentry-related preventive maintenance as required.
• Uses hand and power tools to measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and related materials to specification.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other materials according to project specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
• Driver’s License Required & English Level BX
• Solid Work Ethic
• Past Carpenter Experience is a Plus
• Ability to Work on a Team and Independently
